I am sorry but this is NOT acceptable. I still wonder what TEA has to say about this.<br />On top of that, EVERY child is supposed to get a breakfast whether or not they want it. Most schools have free breakfast available BEFORE school, to anyone who wants it. It's not that hard to get to school 10 minutes early to eat the free breakfast in the cafeteria.
